Delete Account 

We are sorry to let you go! We will do better for you!

Here are the steps to delete or deactivate your account.

1- Please send an email to customer-support@satra.io
 

2- Please include Title "Deactivate my account" OR "Permanently Delete My account"
 

3- Please Include Your Account info (Name - Phone Number - Email)
 

4- Customer Support personnel will reach-out within two days to confirm the info shared (confirm the account is yours) and execute the request.

5- Finally customer-support personnel will reach-out again with final update on the request as asked

Important Note:  You Can use the same Steps for any of the following products: iConnect AC , iConnect SI , OneKey , Satra Apps.
